Most products on the American website have a flat rate for shipping to any destination in the continental U.S. (the lower 48 states) that has a courier acceptable address (example, no P.O. Box number).
For shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Porto Rico, and international areas such as Australia and Europe, please call or email us.
Several levels of express shipping are also available for most destinations. Please enquire.
The following payment methods are available.
PayPal is usually the simplest way to pay for your purchase on our website.
Most items that we sell will have a PayPal link (button) associated with it, which will start you on the PayPal payment process.
We can also send you a PayPal payment request or invoice if you contact us by email or telephone.
If you select this payment method, you will be asked to provide your card number, expiry date, and the name on the card.
You can provide this information by telephone, or postal mail.
Please do not send credit card information by e-mail.
Generally speaking, e-mail is not encrypted and is therefore an insecure means of transmitting sensitive information.
Sorry, no CODs are possible.
The US$ amount displayed later on your credit or debit card statement for the PayPal payment, should be the same as the total amount (items plus shipping) indicated on the applicable product's web page.
For customers paying by credit card, the purchase amount will be processed in Canadian funds and
automatically converted by your credit card company on the day of processing to the exact monetary equivalent
of the currency your credit card account is registered in (i.e. US dollars).
For U.S. customers applicable American import duties and customs clearance fees
are included in the cost.
Goods are shipped prepaid, duty and clearance included.
For destinations outside of the United States, the receiver of the goods is responsible for any customs clearance fees or import duties.
We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of shipping,
for the amount paid for the returned merchandise less all the shipping costs and a 15% handling fee.
We will refund with PayPal if paid with PayPal or your credit card if paid by credit card. Merchandise
must be returned shipping prepaid all charges to sender and properly protected from damage in the item's
original package. Please include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation message, and the
reason for the return.
